The villa covers 230 m² and is part of a twin property together with Villa Frantin. The rooftop features a spacious terrace ideal for sunbathing and enjoying sea views. The garden includes a heated pool (8×4 m) with glass mosaic finish, outdoor shower, lounge area, a covered pergola with a wood and briquette grill, sink and a large table for 10 people, plus sun loungers.
At a distance of 150–300 m, guests can find a grocery store, bakery, fruit and vegetable stand, hotel restaurant and a beach bar offering a rich selection of food, drinks and ice cream.
The ground floor consists of an air-conditioned living room, dining area, modern kitchen, one bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, smart TV and air conditioning. Upstairs there are four bedrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms) and a total of four bathrooms – three with walk-in showers and one with a bathtub. All bedrooms include upholstered beds, wardrobes, smart TVs, air conditioning and electric shutters. Two rooms open onto a 20 m² terrace with a view of the pool and the sea (south-facing).
