The villa is located 2 km from the historic town of Nin and 14 km from Zadar, close to Zaton, Vrsi and the island of Vir. Privlaka is known for its sandy beaches, crystal-clear sea and peaceful surroundings – ideal for children and seniors.
This modern villa spans 230 m² and is part of a twin property together with Villa Lela. The flat rooftop includes a spacious sun terrace with a beautiful view. Outside, guests can enjoy a heated pool (8×4 m) with a glass mosaic, an outdoor shower, lounge area, covered pergola with a wood and briquette grill, sink and a large dining table for 10 people, plus sun loungers for relaxing. Within 150–300 m you’ll find a grocery store, bakery, fruit and vegetable stand, hotel restaurant and a beach bar with a wide selection of food and drinks.
The ground floor features an air-conditioned living room, dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen in an open-plan layout, one bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, smart TV and air conditioning. Upstairs are four bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. There are four bathrooms in total – three with walk-in showers and one with a bathtub. All bedrooms include upholstered beds, wardrobes, smart TVs, air conditioning and electric shutters. Two rooms have access to a 20 m² terrace overlooking the pool and the sea (south-facing).
